Understanding your needs and vision for your custom dream home is paramount to a successful build. In this first meeting we want to understand you and what you are wanting to achieve, as well as explain the building process, financing, project management and expectations. This could be your first step in turning your dream to reality.
Your dream home location is important and whether you own land already or are looking for the perfect location, the Capstone team of experts can assist you with whatever your needs might be. By understanding your needs, desired location and community, we are ready to assist with whatever your requirements might be.
Learning more about you, how you live your life, what is important to you, we then work with you to bring your vision to reality. YOUR ideas get transformed to a custom design, or we customize one of our existing plans to suit your needs.
We value your investment with us and take the time to put together a detailed budget with your completed design and custom specification. It includes all costs of what you can expect from sitework and foundation to painting and countertops. We take the time to thoroughly review this with you so that you understand the cost of your home, and the value and quality you will receive with a Capstone home.
